Not to worry...usually when things are smooth sailing on a Colon Cleanse and then all the sudden everything comes to a screeching halt...it's an indication that a substantial quantity of mucoid plaque has released from the intestinal wall and clogging the pipes...it will eventually work its way out...a colonic or enema will speed up this process.

*That is...assuming that you are drinking enough water!
