After bragging about my Holistic Horizons results, I have hit the end of bowel action. I've been constipated all day today with a feeling of bloat and discomfort. I've kept at the same dose with no movements at all. I know I have several meals in me. I attempted a coffee enema early yesterday and got more coffee all over the room than I did in my colon. I wonder if what coffee I did get in there has stopped the Holistic Horizons action. Any comments?
