I can see where taking then Bentonite close to taking any nutrition or herbs would not be a good thing.
I'm gonna go a little slower this time and space my adding more drinks a little further apart. Any particular sugestions or personal experiences on intervals between adding more drinks?
Right now I'm gonna do it for 3 weeks then taking a one week brake cause I'll be on a canoe trip in the Ozarks (Arkansas). Any folks have experiences on taking a week brake and starting the cleanse again? Did ya'll start at the last dose or did ya'll start from the begining with one shake a day and gradually add more.
