Chron's disease?

Well, I've done research on it, and I don't have any of those symptoms. It wasn't a lot of blood. It was spotted. But maybe. Gosh, I'm scared to go to the doctor. I will see if I keep bleeding, I'll eat and quit the bowel cleanse, then see what happens.
