I recommend the Colon Cleanse first and then the parasite cleanse...the critters really love to hang out in and under mucoid plaque and you can remove some of the with the Colon Cleanse and expose others once you've cleared out the old gunk. You can also do them simultaneously....although scheduling everything gets a little tricky if you are eating...not as bad if you are fasting.
