My husband and I have invested in a colema board and a seven-day cleanse from the company called "Vitratox". We ordered the kit from the Awareness Institute and I am so glad that we did. I have fibromalagia, chronic fatigue, sinus infections, you name it. I haven't been able to breathe through my nose in years. I did one cleanse and my nose started to clear up! I was getting an oxygen high. Seriously. I have chronic headaches as well, but afterwards, I didn't have any pain at all for a week. That is a miracle considering I have some kind of pain on a daily basis. The mucous and ropes that came out were amazing. After so many years of bowel problems, I still wasn't totally cleaned out, so I am now on a second seven-day cleanse. I actually have black stuff coming out this time. I feel so much better already. My advice is the home colemas are definitely a must for anyone with health problems. Check around on the net and see what you come up with yourself. I will never regret spending the money.
