Home Colemas A Must???
First off home colemas (or enemas) are nothing to be scared of. They help to remove debris and toxins that are in the colon. They are simple to do and can provide relief for a variety of ailments. Check out the info on enemas available here on Curezone. Consensus seems to be that pump-powered
colonics are not the way to go but the gravity fed variety is much prefered if one goes to a practitioner. Tried one myself - not at all unpleasant once you get used to someone else in the room while you're doing something that in our society is considered quite private (you are under a sheet).
Yes, you do want to mess with the small intestines - that is where a good part of the absorption of nutrients takes place, along with other functions, and if they are clean all those processes will happen much more efficiently. As to the best way to loosen the plaque from your small intestine (where the
colonic won't reach due to a one-way valve) the
Bentonite and psylium combo (B&P) is very effective. Herbs may be added as further support. Take a look around here and read the posts by people that have passed an amazing amount of mucoid plaque and other toxins/debris. These are real people using this stuff not some advertising hype.
There are alot of great stories here - check them out. The basics of B&P are not expensive. There's really only one way to know and that is to try yourself but there are alot of great people here at Curezone that will lend their support and experience - you came to the right place. Personally I did a liver cleanse first - best bang for the buck and almost instant gratification. Best of luck
