Tracey. what is the indication in TCM for waking up at 4:00 am. I was waking up every morning anytime between 12:30 and 2:30 am which I understand was the liver/gallbladder meridian. Now this past week or 2 I've been waking up around 4:00 am. and I can't remember the site where I found this info. or your post where you brought this up. Thanks, Tina
