blood and mucous in stool

Hi... i am a little concerned.. i just went to the bathroom.. and nothing really came out but these mucous balls. one had some blood..or mucousy red threads in it. and when i wiped there was some mucous and blood on my tissue. A very small amount.. but this has never happened to me. i am on the parasite cleanse.. but i havent heard of anything like this.. please help!
