as we get new information...we should try to change our habbits...The more I research the effects of Sugar on our body the more I want to quit..I wish I could quit refined sugar...I have been trying though...
I have been blending carrots, bananas, pears and cherries into a smoothie for breakfast...Better than a doughnut...at least..I know that meat we get from the store or eating establishment is pumped full of chemicals...but I still eat red meat at least once a week... I eat fish every day if I can but it may have mercury...I don't know how to eat right but I am a work in progress...I also try to eat a salad a day...whatever i'm eating or using can be a sin though? What do you think?
