your cleanse/flush #1 and #2

hi just new to this site and have been advised to do your proceedure #1 and#2.i wish to cleanse/flush as i dont want stones,rope or parasites having a further effect on my health.can you tell me how to do all this as i am lost.i suffer from Depression 8yrs and am on an antidepressant since january this year,lystral 100mg daily.
