Bowel movements not occuring with IF #2

I've been on Intestinal Formula #2 since last Friday. I am not having the 2-3 bowel movement/per day like I was with IF #1. I am very bloated and my lower tummy is very hard. I have increased the dosage of IF #1 (my dosage was 6 caps per day) and I am drinking lots of water (70 oz) per day as per Dr Schulze's directions for the detox program, but I am not getting results.

Can any of you offer some advice about what to do. (I am thinking about taking enemas to try to get things going again).

Fri 9/19, IF#1 - 6 caps, IF#2 -1 heaping tsp 5x/day, 3 BM's
Sat 9/20, IF#1 - 7 caps, IF#2 -1 heaping tsp 5x/day, 2 BM's
Sun 9/21, IF#1 - 8 caps, IF#2 -1 heaping tsp 5x/day, 0 BM's
Mon 9/22, IF#1 - 9 caps, IF#2 -1 heaping tsp 5x/day, 1 BM's
Tue 9/23, IF#1 -11 caps, IF#2 -1 heaping tsp 5x/day, 0 BM's
