I've been on Intestinal Formula #2 since last Friday. I am not having the 2-3 bowel movement/per day like I was with IF #1. I am very bloated and my lower tummy is very hard. I have increased the dosage of IF #1 (my dosage was 6 caps per day) and I am drinking lots of water (70 oz) per day as per Dr Schulze's directions for the detox program, but I am not getting results.
Can any of you offer some advice about what to do. (I am thinking about taking enemas to try to get things going again).

BTW, here is my dosages and results for last several days:
Fri 9/19, IF#1 - 6 caps, IF#2 -1 heaping tsp 5x/day, 3 BM's
Sat 9/20, IF#1 - 7 caps, IF#2 -1 heaping tsp 5x/day, 2 BM's
Sun 9/21, IF#1 - 8 caps, IF#2 -1 heaping tsp 5x/day, 0 BM's
Mon 9/22, IF#1 - 9 caps, IF#2 -1 heaping tsp 5x/day, 1 BM's
Tue 9/23, IF#1 -11 caps, IF#2 -1 heaping tsp 5x/day, 0 BM's

This is a reply to # 436,352Are you drinking water? If so, go ahead and try the enemas.
His formula really works. I have used it two different times and gotten great results.

This is a reply to # 436,354...I did the enema. Now I am gonna go back to IF #1 only to get the bowels working on their own again and then I'll finish up the IF #2.

This is a reply to # 436,352The #2 formula is a constipating formula what it is used for is to grab everything off your colon walls basically to put your poop in a group then you use #1 to help push it out. If you do a fast while on these formula you get much better results, I had 14 ft worth of black gunk come out of me but I was on a 37 day fast at the time and it bought me a great deal of health by doing that it took years of build up out of me.
To see how #2 works just put some in a cup or if you have it in capsule put it in some water and you will see how it bulks up and that is what is happening in your colon.
