If you cant handle a iron supplement, Some people get sick from it (jitters or stomach nausea), then try alternative: iron enhancing teas are good: Yellow Dock, and Dandelion root and leaf. Also, Iron enhancing capsules: Sprirulina or bee pollen caps 6 daily,(spirulina is available in a powder form that you mix with water and tastes good too) and or Kelp. Legumes are rich in iron.
