fight this war by tuning out

I think that this war is imminent and notice that there are plans to fight to win the war of popular opinion as well as that in the battlefield. Special plans are being made to place journalists with every troop, have news briefings every morning from the Whitehouse and special briefings from the field. Extra effort is being made to make heros out of soldiers killing the defenceless.
It is going to be a mass advertising campaign for public opinion.

They will put a positive spin on mass destruction.

Let's face it killing thousands of Iranians will not bring back the people killed at the World Trade centre(7/11). Sure someone should pay, but lets not lash out with mass destruction. There is no real way to put a positive spin on that.

Public outcry , protests and even rational vote (in England) have failed to hault the impending war.
Lets fight back in a way that will be noticed. Stop tuning in to the Special(sic) News Bulletens ,Stop listening to regular news broadcasts and force the television ratings to fall and let them know that we are not going to buy into their popularity contest.
