Ah, yes, and, as we all know, war is not murder.

Actually, the King James version (remember, the Word of God is inviolate!) says, in Exodus 20:13, "Thou shalt not kill." The more modern English translations, however, had conveniently changed it to "murder".

Which one is correct?

It's interesting how just a slip of subtle meaning in the otherwise inviolate word of God allows the justification of all sorts of nastiness.
