It makes me feel better to see other people describing the exact symptoms I've been suffering from for a few years now - especially feeling like you're watching a show and not really participating. Like you, Jesia, no doctor seems to help other than to say it may be anxiety and to go on an anxiety medication. This left me feeling very sleepy. I'm looking for an alternative solution. Hopefully, someone will see our notes here and will have an answer. Meantime, maybe I'll try the juice thing, too. I'm continuing to research this stuff. I'll let you know if I come up with anything.
