brain fog - KarenMarie and Bob (and everyone)
Hi guys, as far as how long we've been dealing with this, I'd say about maybe 10 months to a year. Yes, KarenMarie, you're right about needing to "escape" from things, things around here haven't been that great. Nothing drastic, just depressive. I had thought that myself, that perhaps this was self-induced, yet I would rather NOT be like this! Right now, things are very stagnant around here, there's no progress either personally, or in the entire family. It's pretty depressing. I feel bad that my poor son, who just turned 18, is experiencing this too. As far as enviornment - we've been in this house almost 3 yrs. now, and this only started up about 10 months ago (maybe a year). No really big changes around here (enviornmentally), we have 2 dogs, and 3 cats, but we've had them now for years. I assumed it might be what's growing outside our house. We used to live in more of a "city" type enviornment, now, the area around our house is much more "green", much more greenery, all sorts of bushes, flowers, trees, shrubs etc........and you know what that means! But I can't very well go around outside and pick up a little of everything and then begin to test it on us - I mean, there's so much! (since we live in FL.) Somedays aren't as bad. I've even thought about the weather. But, that really doesn't seem to affect it all that much. Many times we feel very "heavy", as if we weigh 1000lbs., and other days, we feel lighter. (normal). It's a feeling as though you're trying to walk through water, or mud - almost as if the air around you is "thick", which I know sounds weird, but that's the best explanation of the feeling we have. We're thinking about doing the colon cleanse, how long does that take? have you had any side effects with that- such as vomiting or anything? Basically, how hard is it on your system? Well, there you have it. I'm surprised my mind hasn't started wondering already - that also happens. KarenMarie, you sound as though you had dealt with this - was yours due to depression, or enviornmental or what? how did you deal with it? Can a person be "depressed" and not really know it? are there different levels of depression? does this sound like that? anyway, thank you all!:) God Bless you!
