Candida makes Estrogen!

Just for fun, treat for Candida, realizing that Candida makes its own Estrogen. Get on a good Candida protocol, with Caprylic Acid, or even better, Undecylenic Acid. There's lots of books and plenty of info on the net. Stick with a low-to-no Sugar diet, a no-fermented foods diet, and no yeast breads. So no brownies, beer and sandwiches. Lay off any chicken or meats with hormones, and lay off anything but organic milk so no Bovine Growth Hormone. Do a search on my postings. Tweet
