Is this candida?

for the past about 3 years iv had really tender and swollen breast. i went to the doctor he said it could be cause by a tumor but did blood tests everything was fine. he said its prob just horomones. he said should be normal within 6 months and they still the same. about 4 month ago i started getting these like rash / hives on my stomache area. like a fungus. i put fungii medicine on and it goes away but comes back. i bought a zapper and tried it and tried taking Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and nothing seems to help. Anyone know what could be the problem? Tweet
