fibromyalgia, abdominal pain and back pain

Hello and help, I just recently subscribed to this site and I have read some interesting things. I am having really bad abdominal pain and back pain with all my conventional tests coming back negative. I am at my wits end and don't know where to turn. I have fibromyalgia and everything that goes with it. I have tried many many supplements and lots of alternative methods with little success. I have not tried the flushes, am nervous about that, but I need to do something, the pain never stops.

Can anyone help? I would greatly appreciate it.
