The lobelia - well, for general use I suppose. although I see it's great for inflammation, muscle spasm etc. I have an old sports injury in the neck which has developed into osteophyte formation between C7 and T1 for which I need chiropractics regularly. It would be fantastic if the lobelia could help in that regard.

I gave up milk products years ago. Both because of the IBS and allergies. That operation though is a killer. I do think the surgeon caused untold damage. There is an unwelcome lump of scar tissue against the septum where the cut was made. I've seen ,many ENT's since but none are sure what to make of it and most just attribute it to allergies. There is an ENT I've just recently found about in Cape Town ( I live in South Africa). He is apparently far more advanced than most others. I'm trying to organize a trip there as soon as possible.
