I read your story and re-read it! You are very very inspiring! It's amazing how many similar things we've been through.

First, I need to quickly ask you which type of
( 1) cayenne to order...from Schultz ( 800herbdoc) or Christopher? And which type - the powder or tincture ?

Christopher's extract is the hottest - bar none. I'd order the tincture. I have food cayenne from a Sam's club for the powder - 7 bucks for a pound!



Also,
( 2) lobelia - Schultz or Christopher? tincture, cut or powder ?

Both are excellent. I prefer the tincture for taking internally. I'd use the cut to make a tea if I were making a fomentation - what are you going to use it for?




( 3) Udo's choice - URL to order this?


I know you found Udos' site from your next post. You get this a your local health food store. All his products are superb. I've bought his Perfect Oil, Greens, and even his Dog powder for my doggy.


I've already told you how severely I've suffered with IBS. You recommended that I use IF2. I've been doing so for the last 2,5 months and it's been brilliant! I've found it difficult to reach 5 doses a day. It's a lot of liquid and powder to get down! Doesn't leave much room for food. But I'll get there. In your case that ended your IBS once and for all. I pray for the same result.


Keep with the IF2 but don't worry about 5x/day. Once you've done that - 1 or 2x day is fine. You can add licorice or slippery elm to soothe the gut too. If you bowels are not 'fiery' you can try, carefully, IF1. Its IF1 that I feel really 'heals' once you can tolerate it.


Also, you spoke of the septum operations...Amazing! I also had one a few years back. I had been suffering with allergies and was fed up. I went to see an ENT who advised we do the op. I had no idea what I was letting myself in for! It made the problem at least 10 times worse! It has made life so unbelievably difficult and made one of my greatest joys and a huge part of my life - singing - a huge ordeal.

Try giving up milk/dairy products. And, (I hate hate hate to do this), if you feel the septum was really screwed up - consider finding a second surgeon. If you are near NJ - I have one....


I'm following your advice and ordering superfood, Udo's Choice, cayenne and lobelia. And like you said I won't use them all to start with.

Hey - that's a great foundation for anyone. As Schulze says - SuperFood with beer is better than Beer alone! When you call Herbdoc - tell them Curezone and Bob referred you. Southern Belle has had conversations with the Dr. recently and he loves to hear about Curezone.
