Hey, not Agnes or Bob, but I can point you in the right direction. At the top of the page, you will see web links to other areas of the site. Click on cleanse. This is not a forum and will give you the proper order in which to do the cleanse. As for the ingredients, from the cleanse page, you can click on each cleanse for different methods and the necessary ingredients.

For the parasite cleanse, there are some that you can buy on the internet. The one you probably saw was the Dr. Clark one(Paracleanse?) or Old Amish Dewormer. Most health food stores will have at least one type of parasite cleanse program. You could also make your own. I used Paragone, and it worked pretty well. The main thing is to make sure that the three essential ingredients are included. When you click on parasite cleanse from the cleanse page, you will be able to learn more about that.

Good luck. It is much easier to read from those pages than to go through all the forums. The forums are for support so most people will already be in the process and may not be asking all the questions that a beginner would like to know.
