Thank you that was very helpful. I used to have niacin too and something else, but I am not much for supplements either. I do it for awhile and then I start forgetting it. Since 5 days I am on a new type of diet, probably the 100th in my lifetime and I am down at the most to 2 fruits a day. I never use sugar. And right now I don't have many carbs either. I read sometimes back it is better to eat veggies than all that fruit and you kind of confirmed that. I try to skip my red wine at night too.
