I'm really not trying to sound ignorant or combative. I really want to learn. To keep coming back time and time again for all of eternity sounds more to me like punishment than any hell I've ever heard of (which, by the way, I don't believe in all that fire and brimstone). I would truly hope that you'd get to a point where you wouldn't have to keep coming back. That doesn't make any sense to me. At some point a soul needs a rest. I truly believe that at some point in time you get to stay "out there", wherever "out there" is (I use that terminology because I can't come up with anything better right now) and do other things. Wouldn't that make more sense? Or am I not understanding what you're saying?
