Vioxx and Celebrex declared safe as malpractise awards limited
It is now impossible to collect more than 200,000 dollars from medical malpractise. This law comes into effect the same day as Vioxx and Celebrex are declared "safe enough" to be sold.
It is the same group of powerful Elites that have conspired to bring us these judgements. The pharmaceutical industry has a lot to lose from both:
1] the restricions on sales of these deadly pills that have little more than the placebo effect on pain for arthritis;and
2] the malpratise suits that will arise from the heart attacks, strokes and bleeding ulcers throughout the intestinal tract from taking the minimum recomended dose for two years of Celebrex, Vioxx, and likely Bextra as well as the entire class of Cox-2 inhibitors.
But now they don't have to worry.
Conspiracy charges arise from the fact the the FDA staff is composed of former pharmaceutical industry executives, and ex-executives from the pharmaceutical industry make up the majority of the FDA positions of importance.
The FDA rules in favor of a deadly pill without so much as posting a warning to the public other than a label that will be applied to the bottles that you can read ONLY AFTER YOU BOUGHT THEM, and are worded in such a way "so as not to raise alarm". Hmmmm - when should an alarm be alarming??
The pharm-boys support BushCo in no small way, and they are returned the support with the limits on malpractise lawsuits. The entire medical industry is now able to trip thru life with a smile on their faces without fear of insurance rates increasing due to the government ruling to limit damages to patients who died or were injured or were brutally disfugured from mistakes or even outright malicious practises that have been cropping up on a regular basis in medical treatments across America.
The numbers of these medical injuries and deaths from malpractise have risen every year. 'Medical Mistakes and major pill damages' now rank more-or-less equally with obesity, smoking, traffic accidents or cancer or suicide or heart disease , as a killer of people and destroyer of lives. Of course, much of the heart disease is actually due to pharmacy pills, much more than is reported.
We cannot trust the FDA or other government regulators to protect us from corporate abuses and their dangerous products.WE must decide for ourselves if taking a pharmacy pill is going to help us more than taking, say, Cayenne Pepper for Arthritis, which ranks much higher than the placebo effect [or Celebrex] for giving relief to arthiritis [of course, there are protocols to follow to ensure that the Cayenne can work effectively].
