Re: clairvoyants and psychics..
"listening to my Self is probably the best and only way. "
I think that is the best way, also. I have also avoided "the" teacher" and instead took God and "the many" as my teachers.
To help clear your head, you might want to try some sort of mantra. A mantra can be a simple prayer you used in childhood. If needed, you can modify the words to fit your current belief. My sister says that holding your tongue on the roof of your mouth helps. I havent got in the habit yet of doing this and I dont know why it works, but the few times I remember to try it -- it does seem to help.
My mind races and jumps as well. When it starts rolling down rivers I do not care to go -- I cut in with a mantra. It helps to keep me more calm and from worrying too much.
while I think psychics and clairvoyance have their place -- there are far too many out there that are tapping into undesirable worlds. There are many possibilities in one's future. Even an accurate psychic might not be able to tap into your "best" possibilities. I went to a rather "accurate" psychic once but after several sessions, I found that she allowed other entitites to "inhabit" her, if only for moments, to (I would guess) help her with her predictions -- "she" once tried to do something to me that was quite harmful and tho I was able to stop her before she did too much damage -- I think I suffered from her manipulation for several years to come. I hate to think what might have happened had I no idea of what was transpiring. People too often think that if you cant see it or feel it -- it cant harm you too much. Not so.
