??? about parasite/bowel cleansing

I've been having a lot of problems over the past few years and the doctors haven't been able to help. I've been diagnosed with anemia, have symptoms similar to irritable bowel...bloating, gas, severe and unexpected diarhea. I feel run down, depressed and lately have alot of trouble concentrating. One doctor told me that I'd need to learn to deal with it as it was part of getting older.

These past 4 months, I've been dealing with an ongoing sinus problem and persistant cough. Feel fine in the mornings and as the day wears on, feeling more stuffy-headed and headache-y. Stomach problems and concentration problems have increased.

Doing an internet search for sinus infection/home remedy brought me to this site. I've spent the last few days reading and much of it makes sense relating to the problems I'm having.

I was planning on doing the "Ultimate Cleanse" 8 day fast, cleanse and parasite treatment starting this afternoon. Was able to find everything needed, including the psyllium husk powder and Bentonite liquid, B-grade maple syrup and uniodined Sea Salt s.

But I cannot find the PC123 parasite protocol or any of the "Whole Body Program" products that were recommended so I'm not sure how to proceed or if I should.

I was able to find the Black-Walnut Hull tincture but that was the only parasite herb from Dr. Clark's recipe that I could remember off the top of my head. So I don't have the Wormwood or cloves capsules, the arinine or the ornithine.

I was truly hoping to go with the PC123 because it is in a liquid drop form and I have a really hard time swallowing pills and capsules.

So, my questions are:

1) Should I start with this cleanse since my stomach is already giving me problems or should I begin with small amounts of Bentonite and psyllium til the diarhea slows?

2) If I do this cleanse, how should I proceed since I can't find the PC123? I really want to do the parasite cleanse because the thought of those little buggers crawling around in there is creeping me out...and I think they are the main cause of all my problems.

3) Also, are there any supplements I should take during the fast to keep my body in balance? Keep reading about starting a probiotic regime once you are in the cleanse...will eating yogurt suffice or does it have to be Acidolphus (sp)?

4) And during the fast/cleanse can you take medicines like Tylenol for headache and neck pain?
