need some answers!

can i just skip the Epsom Salts ? are they really nessesary? i live in greece and i don't know how to ask them in Greek. what is the "scientific" name? mabye if i ask for it this way the pharmacist will know.
And something else: i am SO AFRAID that the stones will get stuck! What if i have a large stone and it stucks? Tweet
