thanks Tracey. I guess I should be doing it..but it is such an ordeal to go through. It takes me a couple days to recover and my son thinks it's weird when I spend so much time in the bathroom. It's all just excuses..but. I hate drinking the Epsom Salts so much that I spent time to encapsule them last time and I am not quite sure if that made my last clease not as good...maybe I will just do a cleanse and the next day go right on with the Atkins.
