Hi Emerald....I am glad you are trying this first.

I wonder...did you have diarrea on the day you got your stones out? Did they all come out that day? Did you take Epsom Salts at all to flush things out? I am asking, because I am wondering if some stones were left inside you? (they've got icky toxic stuff inside them)

An enema might be in order...or if you don't do those (I haven't done one) maybe a salt water flush? Where is the warmth you feel? Throat? Stomach?

I've never experienced what you're experiencing...maybe someone else has...?
