Re: Flush side effects
I actually didn't have any problems on the day that my stones came out (no diarrhea). I'm guessing that hundreds of stones came out (I didn't do an actual count but saw many). Dr. Lewis' flush didn't mention
Epsom Salts , so I didn't take them. But from reading more on curezone.com, I gather that they are quite helpful in the flushing process.
I just started reading Dr. Clark's book. It is quite possible that I have hundreds of stones to still get out of me. I do plan on doing another flush in a few weeks using Dr. Clark's recipe. I'll try the
parasite cleansing first.
The warmth was through my middle section stomach and belly. As I said, it hasn't been painful. And, I was much better today. I did check to make sure that I didn't have a fever. I tend to run under 98.6. And today I was normal.
I'm afraid that I have a mental block when it comes to the thought of doing enemas. Just seems to me that movements in your colon should run in one direction. And considering that one's colon and intestines constantly shed, I can't say that I'm convinced that I should do one. But if they works for other people, that's great.
Thanks for your suggestions! I will definitely look up the salt water flush. Much appreciated.
