To all who get "alot" of stones out

Can you please tell me what exactly you do before and during the flush?Do you take bitters,apple juice,etc.?
I have just finished 3rd flush and although i do get stones out,some quite big,i don't get "hundereds" of stones like others have claimed on here.And i know im sick enough to have plenty of them!!Can anyone give some advice?
