Yup, I didn't parasite cleanse before my first flush either! Flush away!

I started parasite cleansing after and found that I got out all sorts of ickies ( parasite parts?) on my 3rd liver flush, after I was parasitekilling.

You'll probably find you want to do a whole lot of the cleanses, once you start!
