Flush tonight

Thanks for the encouragement Tracey....of course the kids wanted pizza tonight and I am on Epsom Salts .....I almost gave in but I need to get this done as it has been a little over 2 weeks since my last liver flush.

The first flush I did the Emsom Salts went down easy...the second one was not so bad...this one they are going down like poison....yuck....
