questions concerning methods..

I am finishing up my two part parasite cleanse and I am preparing to move on to a liver cleanse after my break. I have found a product made by the same people that made the paragone I took for parasites. The Renew life products seem to be good and their liver cleanse appears to be much less uncomfortable than the olive oil flushes I have read about. There is also a product called "stone free" which can be taken before or in conjuction with the liver cleanse kit and I think I am going to give it a shot. Has anyone tried these products/methods? Also, who can give some good advice on kidney cleansing? Should it be done after the liver cleanse? What is the best method? Any help is much appreciated! Tweet
