Please go to the oil pulling forum and read up on things there. I had awful gums and the dentist wasn't helping my positive outlook for the future attempts.
There are also recent links to a natural dentist's site with easy oral health protocols.
I have tried the herbs etc and now know why they didn't work.
Today I have squeaky clean teath and recovering gums.
