My inflammed bleeding gums were cured by orally swishing 2 or 3 times a day with a dilute water solutin of grape fruit seed extract. It does not have to be concentrated,18 t0 30 drops per half a glass of water is sufficient. It should be potent enough to do the job. It is reported to be a great killer of bacteria and virus.
