Malic acid

Hi Fellows!

Please forgive my mistakes, I'm an ESL student.

I'm very happy I've found this site. It gives me a lot of power I know I'm not alone.
I am on candida diet, just got through the first week of the parasite killing program with bowel cleanse. I also finished 1 bottle of Chinese bitter and now I'm taking Gold Coin Grass(Prime Health Products). After these I'd like to make my firs liver/gallbladder flush with malic acid. Malic acid is the only supplement I can take according to my candida.

Has someone of you tried malic acid for liver flush? Where did you get the pure malic acid? I only found Swiss: MAGNEZIUM(300mg) and MALIC ACID(1200mg) together in capsule. I think 1 should take 1 caplet in every second houre (8*1 cap./day). I was wandering if the 2400 mg magnezium hurts me? Or is it harmless? I really don't know.

I'm sure you guys have a lots of experience, please help me!
