Toxic #7 Plastic (aka Lexan, Nalgene, distiller bottles, polycarbonate...)

http://www.sixwise.com/newsletters/06/02/16/bisphenol.htm

Apparently this Lexan/polycarbonate plastic, used in Nalgene bottles and the receptacle bottles for distillers (Recycling symbol #7), as well as MANY OTHER items, contains and releases Bisphenol-A (BPA).

I am not comfortable with this. I haven't ever used this plastic until I got a distiller. I will be switching NOW to something else. I will look for glass, long-term but even a ceramic casserole dish will do until then.

Thoughts?
