Hydrocele of the testicle

i am searching for a simple natural remedy for a swollen testicle.. My father went to the dr. who said he was a high risk patient not qualified for the draining procedure which is usually done in these cases. (Which carries a risk of 1 in ten to get infection.)
Surely there is something simple which he can do or take to help his body reclaim this water away from the testicle.
