Hi Chrissy, I realize this thread is four years old but if you still want info on this, I healed myself of a LARGE hydrocele this year in two months using an acupressure technique called EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniquee) and visualization. The only physical thing I did was apply a castor oil pack 3x/week. I had searched for years for alternative cures and there's really nothing out there.
