MSM, Niacin, help ANY remedy "strike in" to system.

The Kansas City area has been struck by some kind of Bronchitis plus Sinus infection junk and it has been awful and keeps hanging on. One lady's doc dubbed it "The Crud." I would NOT use Antibiotics because I know of no case in which this has helped. I have been taking Oregano Oil, using it topically on the sinuses in the face and forehead, and Guiafenesin (get a generic Robitussin I and take it often, not a lot: menthol and other herbal and chemical salicylates from herbs or aspirin block its effect, BTW) and Horehound tea and doing Pulser and Mag Blaster cleaning (from sotainstruments.com/). The Pulser helped lots with the body aches! And run a thumping vibrating shower massage thing hard and hot over your whole head to clean out the head sinus passages. I have not been taking enough Vitamin C.

I also have to note that all this stuff works better when you are hydrated and you help out your detox by boosting circulation with NIACIN and MSM. I CAN'T FIND MY SILVER COLLOID WIRES! I am ordering more from C.C. Silver and Gold in Phoenix. They are on the net. Don't forget to take an eyeball swim in hot Sea Salt water. Run a basin and stick your face in and open your eyes and snuck it up your nose and open your mouth wide and swish it around your palate. It gets worse when it rains and its been doing that all spring. It's thundering now. Ugh! God help us heal!
