My grandma remedy for astma, bronchitis and sinus

Liquid witch hazel- one bottle
raw honey
aloe vera - one leaf, discard the exterior, only use the gel
garlic- a little bit
white onion- small one
two lemon
Distilled water

Additional i add two drops of grapefruit seed extract.
Put these ingredients in your osterizer, mix them. Refrigerate.
You will take two tablespoon with juice in two or three times a day with juice.
Taste very sour, but the results are incredible. Everyone in my family is free of astma, including me. Tweet
