Re: And it's an anti-depressant too!
Susan Lark has some good ideas, but I hope no one is such a fan that all she says is taken as "gospel". I used to get her newsletter, but I cancelled it when I found out she advocates the use of soy. I can't respect, promote or support anyone who claims to be promoting health and then recommends that poison! If you do happen to be a fan of soy, please take the time to educate yourself and learn the TRUTH about why it is promoted as the next thing to a miracle, when in fact, it is slowly killing off many thousands of people. Go to www.soyonlineservice.co.nz and westonaprice.org for an real eye-opening experience. Then, go to www.karinya.com to learn about the evils of canola. (Dr. Len Horowitz [www.tetrahedron.org] says in his book "Healing Celebrations" that canola is 100 times worse than soy--which is mind-boggling--and that's good enough for me without the other info.) To find out about the wonderful (sarcasm!) things hydrogenated or partially hydrogeanted oils do for you, go to www.dldewey.com. wwww.909shot.com will get you started and provide you with many links to the crime of vaccines. The same applies to animal vaccines. www.hugnet.com will open your mind to the danger of mercury amalgams, and www.apfn.org will give you a good deal of info. on almost everything, however, it's main focus is the many despicible things our government is doing to us in all areas of our life, including, but certainly not limited, to our health. If you research all of these sites thoroughly, you will have many, many hours of very scary reading.
