Chapter 6 has lots of very good advice. The book deals with getting to the root of disease instead of merely treating the symptoms.

He backs up everything with links to other sources and other books you can read that confirm. He uses everything on himself as well.

Also, he admits to living a not so good past- even finding himself in Federal Prison for 2 years because greed got the best of him. He mentions how he had a turning point in his life where he realized that he was only living to keep making more and more money- but what good was he doing with that money? what purpose did he have in the scheme of things?-- he realized he was only living for himself. He has been threatened already for writing this book, and has even been bribed $100 billion to go back to his quiet life and keep his mouth shut. He refused.

He uses all funds from this book and his newsletters and website to further spread this message and enlighten others, and he has plans on making an organization down the road that will offer holistic alternatives to the low-income.

I've already tried many of the cleanses he mentions (im telling you , he refers to alot of the things we at Curezone already are applying with success! )

This book is a great way to get these truths out to the mainstream public who has no idea what a Colon Cleanse or Liver Flush is. Many have never heard of Electric Magnetic Chaos- yet we are surrounded by this new-age form of pollution every day. He addresses how we can cope with it in the book. How it has the potential of causing disease in our bodies.

He brings out how walking outside actually grounds us against Magnetic Chaos and how rebounding actually is the greatest excersize in healing the lymphatic system.

I learned so much already from his book that i am now going back through all the chapters to take notes and copy all the links down that he mentions.

Just remember -whatever checkered past Kevin Trudeau has had- (and he admits to it in the book anyway) Fine Wine is just as good served in a cup that has sealed up cracks as it is in an apparantly unblemished crystal wine glass. Truth is Truth- and that's what I want- what I'm searching for-- so that I can do whatever it is in my power to prepare myself for old age and stay out of a nursing home as long as possible. Amen.
