Hi Tasman. If your BMs are NOT diahrrea, do the intestinal cleanse #1! Even though you have a good bowel timing, the intestinal #1 is designed to loosen any crud that is stuck to the intestinal wall that may not be coming out with a regular bowel movement. After this loosening, the #2 will absorb the crud and bring it on out. The fact that you are having blood Sugar problems but having 2-3 BMs a day could be indicative of the above scenario and/or you really need to get rid of any refined grains/sugars. Start using whole, soaked and sprouted grains and your blood Sugar problem should diminish (after cleansing). You should also look to boost/cleanse the pancreas/adrenals. And NO refined sugar!
