Yeah, I have heard MCI and AOL are terrible. I had MCI take me off their calling list, they called me alll the time.
My problem with SBC was not trying to get away, but get reconnected!! Some goofball said I hadn't paid enough when I clearly had and turned it off. It took a miracle and wading through a whole lot of hateful reps to get it back on!! Even when they said it'll be back on in 2 to 4 hours it took another three days and a couple more phone calls. After paying my bill for six years on time you'd think I'd get treated better than a criminal, but noooo!! Then they try to charge me a reconnect fee and for the 13 days I was without service (I wasn't home for part of them, took a week on the phone to straighten it out). So I've written them a very detailed letter of why I am not paying for these charges and such and such...Anyway, that's my vent. :) Tweet
