Juicing

Hello,

I'm just starting out with learning all about Dr. Schulze 's programs. They're amazing!

I just got a juicer and had some carrot juice. It was tasty but it (without all the details) went right thru me. It's like none of it even stopped along the way out. Well, I mean it took only about 4 hours.

What could this mean? Should I do a flush first before drinking lots of juice?

Any comments/thoughts?
